How much is delivery?
There is currently no charge for delivery. Carriage charges are displayed on each product as selected, future charges will range from £2 to £8 (Max) Multiple purchases will only carry one charge. *Please note delivery is only applicable to UK Mainland only.*
How will my order be dispatched?
Small items wil be sent by Royal Mail first class postage. Larger items such as skates will be sent by next day carrier.
Is your site secure?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use 128 bit industry standard Secure Server Software (SSL) for your transactions with us. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. What is your returns policy?
All returned products should be sent along with a cover note and copy of purchase invoice within 30 days to our web sales department at: Returns, Howzat Sports, Unit 26/27 Vinehall Farm, Vinehall Road, Mountfield, Robertsbridge, East Sussex, TN32 5JW All returns must be presented unused and in original packaging. Are all ice skates delivered ready to use?
Yes. All our skates are supplied sharpened and ready to use.
